Dear Mrs. Madeleine Korbel Albright,

Indian Prime Minister Atal Behharivajpayee on Wednesday(May 20, 1998) visited the site where India exploded five nuclear bombs, as the fallout from the blasts rocked ties with mainland China and Pakistan.

"We never initiated any war against anybody in 1962, it was the Chinese who attacked us. Actually China has grabbed India's land'. China's interpretation of history is incorrect" Vajpayee's top political adviser Pramod Mahajan slammed Beijing over the remarks on the 1963 conflict; "This is like the thief pulling up the policeman" he added.

Valpayee sent a letter to U.S. President Bill Clinton accused Beijing of helping India's arch-rival Pakistan to develop nuclear capability. Turning back the view to United States; Houses speaker Newt Gingrich is moving to establish a special committee to investigate high-technology exports to mainland China and the broader issue of whether the mainland Chinese government sought to buy influence.(May 19, 1998).

The reason and why, the cause and effect, everything's happens have had its "reasonable source".

That business to mainland China rule out "weapon's technology" are sensible and wise.

Sincerely Yours,
Yang Hsu-Tung.
