Dear Mr. Newt Gingrich,
   Mr. Vice President Al Gore,
   Mrs. Madeleine Korbel Albright,

Why is it very hard for Taiwan and Tibetan to dialogue with the Beijing?

Just President Jiang said ( June 27, 1998 ), " President Clinton also mentioned the Tibetan issue and the dialogue with the Dailai Lama. Actually, as long as the Dalai Lama can publicly make a statement that Tibet is an inalienable part of China and that he must also recognize Taiwan as a province of China, then the door to dialogue and negotiation is open ".

President Jiang give a premise to so call channels of communication. It is a close gate for really negotiation and dialogue, isn't it ?

If Taiwan declare independence, it would be ruined by Beijing military attack. Taiwan people have shocked by such kind of brutal announcement from communist China.

On the other hand; Beijing authority respect human right with democracy. There will share the peaceful and equal right for Taiwan people, and then; people wills make choice of reunification or independence.

On above, we digested from Clinton-Jiang meeting, Taiwan need your support.

Sincerely Yours,
Yang Hsu-Tung.
