Dear Mr. Kofi A. Annan,

"Rape! Rape! Again and again!"

During the May chaos in Indonesia, an ethnic Chinese father was forced by rioters to have sexual inter course with his daughter. The incident took place at the height of the worst riots in the country's history which were sparked off by the financial storm sweeping Asia.

"Please don't rape my daughter, you can take all the money, leave her alone." an ethnic Chinese woman identified as Lisa quoted a desperate mother as begging the rioters on her knees to save her 12-year-old daughter from sexual assault. The mother reportedly pleaded with mob to rape her instead. Ignoring the woman's appeal, the riots forced the father to have sex with his daughter threatening to kill the ethnic family if he refuse, recalled Lisa, the father is now receiving psychological treatment in Singapore.

Until now, no victim has stood up to testify about the atrocities, due to fear of revenge and humiliation.

In related news, it seems that racial hatred is not confined to ethnic Chinese women. As an open letter signed by a radical group called the "Native Fighters" vowed to castrate all ethnic Chinese males in the near future.

Message from e-mail, we know that despite of Chaos in May, the racists with mobs are going on stripping and raping ethnic Chinese women.

Is Indonesia anarchism in which become absolutely lawless?
