Dear Mrs. Hillary Rodham Clinton,

The "four no's" is more interesting in U.S. "three no's" announcement, after Jiang-Yeltsin's meeting.

Although the pledges were largely symbolic--- Russia's relations with Taiwan are hardly robust---they underscored Beijing's solid ties with Moscow and the momentum of its campaign to isolate Taipei diplomatically.

The fourth no --- Russia promised not to sell Taiwan weapons, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Tang Guoqiang said Russia specially promised not to recognize Taiwan's independence or support the island's entry into international organizations comprised of sovereign states, Tang said at a twice weekly media briefing.

Tang expressed China's displeasure with a decision by the Marshall Islands last week to set up ties with Taiwan, only the 27th nation to do so." We have already made solemn representations to the Marshall Islands, we demand that they correct their erroneous practice." Tang said.

In a sign that Beijing was preparing to sever tie with the south pacific nation, Tang reiterated that Beijing forbids its diplomatic partners from having formal ties with Taiwan.

R.O.C. (Taiwan) is older than P.R.C., is a successful democratic country in Asia.

We can freely talk about political issue and free economy in market, criticized our government with full-dimensional human rights. Could it happen in mainland China ? Only autocracy said that forbids its diplomatic partners from having formal ties with Taiwan !

Taiwan need your support.

Sincerely Yours,
Yang Hsu-Tung.
