Dear Mr. Kofi A. Annan,
¡@¡@ Mr. Prime Minister Tony Blair,
¡@¡@ Mr. President Jacques Chirac,
¡@¡@ Mr. Chancellor Gerhard Schrö der,
¡@¡@ Mr. President Thabo Mvuyelwa Mbeki,
¡@¡@ Mr. President Carlo Azeglio Ciampi,
¡@¡@ Mr. Prime Minister Jean Chretien,
¡@¡@ Mr. Trent Lott,
¡@¡@ Mr. Denny Hastert,

I created a forum in Washington Post, the letter is sent by E-mail to me (Enclosure I. II.). It wanted to give some more help to China Democracy Party.

Our foundation in Taiwan urged the party of Democratic China would be stronger than before, that after the communist China became a focus of ¡§mainstream¡¨ at Asia-Pacific power.

July 25, 2000 ---

Asia talk fail to solve regional emergency issues that relating about the threat of North Korea¡¦s missile program, and Taiwan Straits conflict as same as G-8 summit was ruled out by Beijing¡¦s warnings.

On Mideast summit President Clinton has invested enormous personal energy in seeking a final peace agreement to the 52-year old conflict, working almost round-the-clock to try to narrow deep differences on the status of Jerusalem. We don¡¦t see the summit is ending with any result.

--- The Palestinians rejected all American proposals under pressure?

A needle¡¦s eye is not too small for two lovers, but the whole world is not big enough for two enemies. --- Solomon ibn Gabiro

In our personal view; leaders¡¦ eyes are big enough to solve the problems of their people, but political future was too sensitive to make a decision for their people. Obviously; there is no answer could let whole people¡¦s satisfy with each minds.

In short; for people wills that leaders should burden with political decision over the last second on the issues of country¡¦s fate.

¡§Israel is full of people, Jewish people who lived in predominantly Arab countries who came to Israel because they were made refugees in their own land ¡K The Palestinians said they thought those people should be eligible for compensation as well,¡¨ Clinton said on July 28, 2000.

¡§I think it would be a big mistake to take a unilateral action and walk away from the peace process, and if it happens, there will inevitably be consequences not just here but throughout the world,¡¨ Clinton said on Israel radio.

Superpower country as United States should solve tough work with tough attitude to say ¡§yes or no¡¨ definitely.

Contrary to recent time, over world¡¦s conflicts and negotiations that Beijing¡¦s warning is always too much noise in which many countries are going to be sick of tinnitus that United States¡¦ statement was only a whisper.

It is a good start for world¡¦s leaders and President Bill Clinton to do something under God¡¦s will.
