Family members of people who died when the Fengchiu Tunnel collapsed in Nantou
County two years ago hold up pictures of the victims while saying the
government¡¦s plan for national compensation is empty talk, at a press conference
in the legislature yesterday. The press conference was called after the Ministry
of Transportation and Communications announced that it would reopen the
investigation into the accident.
