　　於2001.05.20有新上任的女性外交部長擅自向中共外交部長說：日本不會再發護照允許李登輝了！言下之意，日本即是中國的附庸。此說引起日本國民的大反彈，質疑日本國是否為一個主權獨立的國家？

　　TOKYO－Foreign Minister Makiko Tanaka promised in a telephone conversation with Chinese Foreign Minister Tang Jiaxuan earlier this month not to issue any more entry visas to former Taiwan President Lee Teng-hui, ministry sources said Saturday.

　　In the conversation on May 7, Tanaka criticised former Prime Minister Yoshiro Mori for approving the issuance of the visa for Lee last month to undergo cardiac treatment at a hospital in Okayama Prefecture, according to the sources. (Kyodo News)

　　I am not a Chinese/Taiwanese nor have I any interest in those countries, but applying this ugly veto on private-citizens must STOP by a "democratic" country i.e. Japan is unthinkable?

　　TANAKA MAKIKO YOU ARE A ANGRY, INCOMPTENT WOMEN, AS SOMEBODY EARLIER MENTIONED--HOUSWIFE-TURNED-POLITICIAN, with an very ugly, primitively sounding voice.

　　Heaven forbid a person be allowed to enter a "democratic" nation like Japan! Yes, let's all give in to the never-ending ranting and whining of China!

　　It has to make you wonder why China squirms every time the Dalai Lama or some Taiwanese official decides to use a freedom called travel.

　　This Tanaka woman takes the cake.
