As a close family, we can complete our “heavenly-duty”

  Everyone, every social circle in Taiwan has to do its best to bring the Taiwanese spirit into full play, to educate mainlanders and to influence the worldwide Chinese communities with our spirit and special characteristics, then the future will be ours!  We must have our own unique style and self-confidence. Everyone living on this island, no matter if he/she is an ‘old’ Taiwanese or a ‘new’ Taiwanese, has to love and respect each other. Taiwan is a very tiny place on the world map; with twenty million people living in this small place, everyone is a member of this family. We should not hurt one another but be tolerant towards each other, and live in peace and harmony together. The island is our ‘temporary’ home; how long will we be staying here? The reality is, no one can own a piece of land forever, for everyone, every generation continues to fight, to rob and to trade the lands. We are all brothers and sisters of the same family; we should love each other, love our land together, think for the island’s future, and extend our love and care to the whole Chinese nation as well as the world as a whole.
