Dear Mr. Newt Gingrich,

In fact of investigation; India's next generation of nuclear missiles probably will be designed with the help of American-made equipment.

U. S. officials say that in 1996, Digital Equipment Corp. shipped a supercomputer to the India Institute of Science in Bangalore, a key missile research site. Supercomputers are the most powerful tools known for designing nuclear weapons and the missiles to deliver them.

The story in Pakistan is similar. In 1962, NASA launched Pakistan's first rocket, a U.S.-made nike-cajun, in a project led by Tariq Mustata.

The senior scientific officer of the Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission, NASA also trained Pakistani rocket scientists at Wallops island.

From above description; that investigate technology transfers to mainland China and the doubts of political donation, would be sensitive to United States' security. We give our heartily thanks to the U.S. House of Representatives on Tuesday(June 9, 1998) called on President Bill Clinton to push mainland China during his visit there this month to renounce any use of force against Taiwan. The non-binding resolution the latest in a series of House votes on Clinton's policies toward mainland China, was approved by a 411-0 vote.

With our very best wishes to you and your family.

Sincerely Yours,
Yang Hsu-Tung.
