Dear Mr. Tien,

As the front line of country's gate that new diplomatic officers need recognize Taiwan identity over the issues of international condition.

Do what, say what, what is want to do, how can we would, how can we could, how much the responsibility for Taiwanese people, how to deal with Beijing, how to face the unification's problems.

On the other hand, never do to betray to democratic Taiwan.

Old and useless diplomats must be canceled by metabolism in time.
