Dear Minister Tien

We are very pleasure on newly Taiwan-Egypt relationship and we are looking forward to the coming future of Eropean Union. Our foundation watched on focus on European Parliament’s activities for about three years that we thought you have reviewed our computer CD.

The European Parliament passed the resolution on NOV.30 that wanting to set up an office in Taiwan and keeping its watch on development from human rights in mainland, as we have recognized before, that E-U members would find a defense’s line in Taiwan in which could deal with mainland at the “mainstream of China syndrome” over Asia-Pacific power's imbalance.

In short; US and EU are fearing for “Beijing’s threat in Asia” but poor in Strategic Arms Limitation Talk with mainland , on the other hand the important position of Taiwan would act as a serious front line over strategic situation.

In the near future, the relationship between advanced countries could improve in many ways on the issues of Taiwan business.

Please do keep “calm” on the development's procedure of diplomatic affairs that somebody in Taiwan are destroying Taiwan’s identity by way of Beijing’s support.
