Dear Mr. Prime Minister Keizo Obuchi,

We hope new Premier has to really take a leadership role to Asia's countries, and get the confidence of the international community.

We concerned about the problems for a long time. Why? Japanese cannot to repent for the post.

History told us; that Nanking massacre was documented by Chinese survivors, Japanese soldier and many foreigners. There are more than 300,000 civilians was raped, murdered, killed, and tortured to dead, at Dec. 13, 1937, surpassing the number of casualties from the atomic blasts at Hiroshima and Nagasaki combined.

On the other hand; on the eve of the 53rd anniversary of the world's first atomic bombing, survivors on Wednesday (Aug 5, 1998) looked back in sorrow and forward in anger at what they see as a global drift back to nuclear weapons.

It is very pity. Why? Japanese government can't to say formally apologize to "Nanking massacre".

Unfortunately; six Japanese academics convened in Tokyo and warmed reporters not to believe "Nanking massacre" they called "the most outrageous, world-class lie".

No matter what; "can't bear disgrace of truth" is always Japanese nightmare. It is very difficult for young generation of Japan to understand what is the crime of invasion.

We predicted that "new Japanese" will make military crime again, because of they ignore the post errors.

It is the time for Japanese to awake again.

Sincerely Yours,
Yang Hsu-Tung.
