Dear Mr. Trent Lott,
        Mr. Denny Hastert,

Davos, Switzerland ---
Blunt talk from U.S. officials at the world's top business summit has exposed Washington's growing impatience with the role Japan and Europe are playing during the worst economic crisis in 50 years.

New Delhi, Feb. 1 ---
India will sign a nuclear test ban treaty provided economic sanctions imposed after it held nuclear tests last year are lifted.

Islamabad, Feb. 1 ---
U.S. Deputy Secretary of State Strobe Talbott arrived here Monday for intensive nuclear non-proliferation talks with Pakistan after three days or discussions in India.

On the other hand; the impeachment trial of President could be its final phase, can be divided into three distinct struggles. There is the obvious fight to oust Clinton from office. This battle appears to be over. There is a fierce competition for advantage in 2000 elections.

In our views; every country need United States' help. Please don't hurt the duty of President Bill Clinton over such kind of world's crisis.

Sincerely Yours,
Yang Hsu-Tung.
