Dear Mr. Secretary-General Javier Solana,

Stankovac, Macedonia, May 27 ---
Kosovo Albanian refugees nodded with grim satisfaction as the public address system at this camp blared the news Thursday that Yugoslave President Solbodan Molosevic had been indicted on war crimes charges. "Now maybe NATO will get the garbage out of Kosovo," said Zekir Arifi, a 38-year-old unemployed truck driver, referring to Serbian forces, "he will be arrested and sent by force to U.N. war crimes tribunal in the Hague and punished."

Mr. Slobodan Milosevic was indicted by jurisdiction over serious violations of international humanitarian law committed in the former Yugoslavia since 1991. The review of the same condition was happening in the past and now in our world, not only Yugoslavia's Milosevic indicted need charge as international criminal tribunal, but also could do like this indication to our "inhuman government" of the whole world.

We are hoping a good results about what is happening to the Serb. We urgently blessing to the God that NATO can really destroy the Serb military machine in which of disobeying international humanitarian law. Nevertheless; Russian and communist China should be responsible for the results of Kosovo crisis that the two countries despite the "inhuman criminal over Kosovo truth."

In our views, United Nations is only a place to play a game of politician. It is just on time that a big deal for Russia's business to do a wonderful talks with Slobodan Milosovic, after the U.N. war crimes tribunal in Hague, Netherlands, indicted Milosevic and four top aids Thursday (May 27, 1999). They are accused of crimes against humanity for planning and carrying out war crimes against ethnic Albanians in Kosovo.

On above reason, the most important thing is to have the bombing halted under protected ground troops was working in Kosovo.

Sincerely Yours,
Yang Hsu-Tung.
