Mainland leaders and Russia Putin are warning that Washington’s national anti-missile system is hostility toward power proliferation of limitation.

China’s chief arms said that Beijing will retaliate if Washington deploys a NMD.  

On Beijing’s thoughts; it is very clearly express a signal to USA that NMD would threat Russia and China’s army force at Asia-pacific region, it means the business is one thing that power’s proliferation is another. 

In my personal view; the unity of China and Russia could be the model cooperation of near future because of two countries revealed its reciprocal compensation on the past history’s glorious victory over communism.

Nevertheless; either NMD use for working in real protection with USA or not, in which the two big communist countries had found its new reason to against superpower --- U.S. 

Obviously; Beijing used to aggrandize its not wants to persuade in international meeting for gaining the battle of sympathy.

We worried that U.S.’s diplomacy in newly years would face the reality of strategical transformation.
