My personal experience in meditation practice

Meditation
practice is a kind of self training.
Through
this kind of training, I learn how to control my emotion,
thinking and body activities. It makes my soul purified and let
me become a good manager to my body, mind and soul.
Not
only my deep inside and the external are arranged, but also my
body and soul are balanced. I find I got good health in body,
mind and soul.
Through
more and more practices, I experienced the relationship between
my soul and body. I could also cultivate my heart and nature
culture. I improve myself to achieve the goal of combining
people and god at last.
