A PIERCING LOOK
Democratic Progressive Party Taipei City Councilor Wu Su-yao uses a cardboard
cut-out of Taipei Mayor Hau Lung-bin as she demonstrates ear-piercing during a
press conference in Taipei yesterday. Wu said the Taipei City Bureau of Health
did not monitor stores that provide piercing services. She said that people
wanting their ears pierced should go to a qualified hospital.
