廢核，是不為也，非不能也。若現在就廢核一、核二、核三，短期缺電的可能性不高。若經審慎評估、提出周延可行的替代計畫來應付未來十年內其它機組（尤其火力）的汰舊換新，就可完全將現有核電廠除役了。而不論怎麼估算，核四都是多餘的，十年前就該廢了。
