預祝美國總統非洲之行成功。
美國總統將訪問迦納、烏干達、盧安達、南非洲波札那、塞內加爾。
我了解這次去這些國家是為了促進民主改革進程的自由投票與經濟發展。
柯林頓將與太太一起去，以傳達一個美國利益的強烈信號，這有重大意義，因此可解決緋聞問題。
另一方面，不只非洲，世界上其他國家也對於柯林頓總統建立真正市場經濟與民主及解決爭端感到興趣。
是時候讓柯林頓總統去巡迴世界了，別遲疑，很急迫。
我們眾人既然敞著臉得以看見主的榮光，好像從鏡子裡反照，就變成主的形狀，榮上加榮，如同從主的靈變成的。（哥林多後書 3:18）

Dear Mrs. Hillary Rodham Clinton,
I hope a successful tour of Africa undertaken by an America president.
U. S. president will visited Ghana, Uganda, Rwanda, south Africa Botswana, Senegal'.
I understand the trip to countries for making progress in democratic reforms free elections and economic development.
Clinton will be accompanied by his wife that's intended to send a powerful signal of U.S. interest. The most significant meaning; therefore, can solve the scandal trouble.
On the other hand, not only Africa, but also other countries in the world is interested president Bill Clinton to build genuine market economics and democracies and supporting conflict resolution.
It is the time for Clinton's tour, of world, don't hesitate, be urgent.
