親愛的希拉蕊女士，
自殺違反了佛教徒非暴力的信仰觀，但數十年來，那些圖博抗爭者都不能撼動中國對他1950年首次入侵所擁有的”喜瑪拉雅國”做出重大放寬。
六名下定決心的圖博人以絕食方式戲劇化他們為家鄉爭取自由的目標，絕食期間與聯合國的人權會期一樣。
嘉波，一名絕食者當時瘦了10公斤，他說”聯合國解決每個有爭戰與殺戮的國家的問題，但為何沒有圖博？因為我們不傷害任何事，現在圖博一切都毀了”
與北京和平對談，對圖博來說太難了，其中一個原因是”圖博沒有強而有力的理由去跟中國談判”。
何謂”強而有力的理由”？答案是
A.足夠的軍事武器。
B.一個強大的國家能介入兩邊。
然而，這些抗爭者，可能會發現聯合國官僚組織不屈服，還沒回應他們的訴求，儘管一名官員私下透漏圖博人不懂聯合國如何運作，”聯合國祕書處不能照自己的意思做任何事”。
這個官員解釋，要注意到圖博人需要至少一個國家在聯合國大會提出這個議題，雖然到目前為止，有一些國際組織寫信支持圖博人，沒有國家敢冒著讓中國發火的危險去開啟一個外交爭論。
達賴喇嘛在看過絕食者後說，好像看著”圖博自己在所謂文明世界前垂死，這很悲哀。”一名絕食者說”我們現在必須做一些事，不論有沒有用，我們都會做”。
顯而易見的，”沒武器就沒談判”，強大的武器才能構成堅固的後盾，這是台灣必須維持軍事系統的最好理由。

Dear Mrs. Hillary Rodham Clinton,
Suicide violates the Buddhist belief in non-violence, but over the decades, other Tibetan protests have failed to shake China into significantly loosening its hold on the "Himalayan country" it first invaded in 1950.
Six determined Tibetans are starving themselves to dramatize the cause of freedom for their homeland. The hunger strike timed to coincide with a U.N. session on human rights.
Gyalpo, one of starving Tibetan has lost 10kg at that time, he said "the United Nations solved problems in every country where there has been fighting and killing, but why not Tibet? Because we don't harm anything, now everything is finished in Tibet."
Peaceful talking with Beijing, is very difficult for Tibet; the one reason is "Tibet have no powerful reason to deal with communist China".
What's meaning "powerful reason"? The answer is
A. Enough military weapon.
B. A strongest country intervene in both side.
The protesters, however, may find the U.N. bureaucracy unyielding the organization has not yet responded their pleas, though one official privately said the Tibetans don't understand how the U.N. operates, "The U.N. secretariat can't do anything on its own".
The official explains, noting that the Tibetans need at least one country to raise the issue in the General Assembly. Although some international group have written letters of support to Tibetans, so far, no nation has dare risk China's wrath by starting up a diplomatic debate.
Watching the hunger strikers the Dalai Lama later said, was like seeing "Tibet itself dying in front of the so-called civilized world. This is very sad." One of the strikers
says "we have to do something now, whether it work or not, we do it".
Clearly to see that; "no weapon no talk", strong weapons concreted hard background. This is the best reason for Taiwan to maintain military system'
