親愛的希拉蕊女士，
自從柯林頓總統的北京之行，對於”三不政策”的熱潮真是全世界的惡夢，也傷害了台灣人民。
中國國家主席江澤民計畫下個月初訪問日本，台灣已經對日本表達對於所謂”三不政策”的立場。
“我們已經要求日本尊重2180萬台灣人民合法的權力與利益，不要與北京簽署任何會損害我們國家利益與尊嚴的文件”莊（銘耀）說，莊是台灣駐日代表。
莊對於記者批評說他把精力投注在取悅國內官員而非加強與有影響力的日本政治人物及輿論領袖的聯繫表達強烈抗議。”那些批評不公平也沒有反映出事實”莊說。
我們真的很害怕”三不政策”的汙染，此”三不政策”意指不支持台灣獨立，不支持”兩個中國”或”一中一台”，不支持台灣取得需要國家地位的國際組織會員資格。
對於自由美國的尊重，柯林頓總統有他責任澄清”三不政策”的意涵，因為台灣，無路可走，只有支持美國。

Dear Mrs. Hillary Rodham Clinton,
The fever of "three no's" is a nightmare around the world, and hurt Taiwanese people since President Bill Clinton's Beijing trip.
Chinese President Jiang Zemin's planed visit to Japan early next month. Taiwan has expressed its stance on the so-called "three no's" to Japan.
"We have asked Japan to respect the legitimate rights and interests of the 21.8 million people of Taiwan and not to sign any documents with Beijing that may undermine our national interests and dignity" Chuang said. Chuang; Taiwan's representative to Japan.
Chuang cried foul over press criticism that he has focused his energy on pleasing domestic officials rather than on forging ties with influential Japanese politicians and opinion leaders. "That criticism was unfair and didn't reflect the facts" Chuang said.
We are really afraid of "three no's" contamination. The "three no's" refer to no support for Taiwan independence, no support for "two Chinas" or "one China; one Taiwan", and no support for Taiwan's membership in international organization for which statehood is a requirement.
Respectful for freedom's United States, President Bill Clinton, he has the responsibility to clear the air of what's meaning in "three no's" policy because Taiwan, nowhere to go, but on support of United States.
