Dear Mr. President Bill Clinton,

We have no hope of peaceful world, but " wicked lust "! isn't it?

India fires the nuclear game, then Pakistan will carry out a nuclear test of its own before the end of June, in response to India's latest nuclear tests.

Jane's defense group said Wednesday(May 13, 1998) "Pakistan had been "working very hard" with North Korea and Iran to develop their weaponry." he said.

On the other hand; mainland China may cast a wary eye over the Himalayas at India now that New Delhi has matched anti-mainland Chinese rhetoric with nuclear tests, but Beijing's military focus is on Taiwan and the South China Sea. Mainland China has clashed militarily with many of its neighbors along its land border--India in 1962, Soviet Union in 1969, Vietnam in 1979.

Beijing has made clear the importance of Taiwan in its military considerations both through military exercises and through arms purchases to upgrade area in which it is weak.

In late 1995 and early 1996 Beijing carried out a series of war games, including amphibious landing exercises and missile tests, in waters near Taiwan. Beijing considers Taiwan a part of China that must be reunified with the mainland-by force if necessary.

One of the things that they are concentrating on is improving their rapid reaction capability to flight a local short conflict. Prediction is very clearly; Indonesian will be ruined by protests, riots, looting and gunfire.

India infect Pakistan and mainland China with bacteria of nuclear weapon's competition.

Taiwan-strait is a contagious source spreading the news of Asian stability or crisis.

United States would be a kind of effective antibiotics to heal serious disease of the world, that's hopes.

Sincerely Yours,
Yang Hsu-Tung.
