Dear Mr. Prime Minister John Howard,

May 28, Beijing opposes any Australian government ministers visiting Taiwan, even unofficially. On the other hand; mainland China will began an unprecedented dialogue on human rights in August. The human right dialogue the communist nation's first bilateral forum will begin in Beijing.

To tell the truth; "all communist China only to seek business for Australia; but in my mind the respect to human right is Australia best power."

We know that "Mr. John Howard" rejected calls on Wednesday(May 28, 1997) to pay compensation to a "stolen generation" of aborigines taken from their parents during decades of forced assimilation by whites.

I understood Prime offered a person apology on Monday but his(your) opponents demanded a formal expression of nation regret for one of the darkest chapters in Australia history.

The road of heavy history belongs to whole Australian at legal responsibility for the acts of earlier generation.

Australia tries their best to keep nature circumstances and wild animals, but the human rights of aboriginal stolen generation may be the dark point at Australia history. We are very happy to western Australia and south Australia voted for official apologies to be made. The Labored new south Wales legislature has already apologized.

We hope Australia is a model of human right country. Asia countries will heartily wills to join Australia to be a very rich and peaceful country.

In Taiwan, Taiwan Tati Cultural And Educational Foundation would act as culture and business chain for Australia. So, with our very best wishes to both you and your government.

Sincerely yours
Yang Hsu-Tung.
