Dear Mrs. Madeleine Korbel Albright,

    It is a long story'

I have found the basic principle in Beijing's Taiwan policy remains unchanged. The
communist government reiterated its persistent long-held principles of "peaceful
reunification" and "one country, two systems".

This means that Taiwan must unify with the communist-ruled Chinese mainland with each
    side preserving its own system.

To achieve the goal of reunification Beijing urged party and government officials to
create favorable condition by promoting a full range of normalization of relations across
the Taiwan strait. This includes the strengthening of economic cooperation, the opening of
direct sea and air links, and the promotion of visits to the mainland by Taiwan residents.

By self-contradictory; it will definitely not help if Beijing continues to sabotage
Taiwan's diplomatic relations and isolate it from the international community. In this
regard, Taipei is closely watching to see whether Beijing will use its late June summit
meeting with U.S. President Bill Clinton to undermine Washington's relations and support
    for Taiwan.

    Taipei, May 14

    --- Taipei on Thursday(May 14, 1998) rejected mainland China's renewed call for
reunification under the "one country, two systems" model Beijing uses to govern
Hong Kong, with top officials here saying it was "unacceptable".

We have a very adequately reason that Taiwan people reject the "one
country, two systems" model. Beijing's communism was unacceptable in Taiwan's
    democracy.

At the last; I give a heartily respect for you and your government.
