Dear Mr. Vice President Al Gore,
Please support Taiwan for its survival right.

had conducted three underground nuclear tests in the western state of Rajasthan. Experts
said the blasts could trigger similar tests by neighbor and arch-rival Pakistan as well as
mainland China.

Israel and South Africa are preparing the nuclear weapons and the India, Pakistan would
use nuclear weapon but no time to preparation.
The only way for security of neighbors is to follow suit with nuclear tests of their
own. Hence; in our world, the power speaking, the most power came from
"nuclear weapon".
Taiwan follow a model of democratic game from "united States'
style" have been losing its political power by lacking nuclear weapon's competition.
Experts say the ROC could produce a nuclear bomb in a year or two if it
resumed a development drill halted in the 1980s under intense U.S. pressure.
Yet the ROC remains deeply wary of Beijing's unrelenting military modernization---a
primary goal of which is to develop a capacity to mount a decisive invasion of the island.
Our foreign ministry said the Republic of China, as a signatory to international
anti-nuclear proliferation agreements, was opposed to any country developing nuclear arms.
"Based on the principles of this agreement, we oppose any countries, especially
without nuclear weapons, developing nuclear arms." Ministry spokesman Roy Wu said by
telephone. "We believe nuclear power should be used for peaceful means that can
benefit the public." Wu said.
