Dear Mrs. Madeleine Korbel Albright,
   Mr. Vice President Al Gore,
   Mr. Newt Gingrich,

Let us celebrate 222nd birth day of United States.

Human rights are depended on human wills. Country's future accord with people's choice what the Beijing's "one country, two systems " for reuniting with Taiwan is a selfish issue that stand off Taiwan people's intention.

The best way of Taiwan future is not only political negotiation or talk with Beijing, but also " referendum " at the perfect time. We hope democracy for PRC.

Hong Kong, July 3---

U. S. President Bill Clinton ended a nine-day trip to mainland China saying he believed the mainland China would eventually become a democracy and had the " right leadership at the right time " to ride a wave of change.

From the reliable reports that about 150 people are believed held for peaceful protests during the Tiananmen Square pro-democracy movement and human rights groups estimate. Beijing is holding about 2,000 dissidents. We pray for Beijing go ahead with opening economic and political talk that closely link to United States.

In comparison with mainland; however, Taiwan people have their rights to say " yes " or " no " in which concern about whether " reunification " or " dependence ".

Sincerely Yours,
Yang Hsu-Tung.
