Dear Mr. Prime Minister John Howard,

That's no good news to find that U.S. President Bill Clinton's visit mainland China, reaffirmed to the " three no's " with regard to Taiwan. The " no's " refer to no U.S. support for and independent Taiwan, no U.S. support for " two China " or "one China, one Taiwan ", and no U.S. support for Taiwan's bids to join international organizations which require statehood for membership. All " three no's " policy is isolated Taiwan by mainland China.

Taiwan urgently need many friends in our world, it spend much money for political friendship because the " isolation " of political space would let Taiwan be swallowed by Beijing.

Unfortunately; at the recent time, we surprised the Hanson policy, try to isolate Australia!

Global issues at Asia area are very sensitive and make anxiety.

Australia must extend the member of countries with which it had bilateral dialogues on regional security, economic crisis, and nuclear test effect.

Australia will be acted as the shelter of Asia, playing key roles to bring the chemical weapons convention and the comprehensive nuclear test ban treaty into force.

Australia has the most peaceful people in our world, they need to understand more global view of universe, and also, Australia is stronger than other countries. Nobody can hurt it, only self-limitation, and lost self-esteem.

Sincerely Yours,
Yang Hsu-Tung.
