Dear¡@Mr. Trent Lott,
¡@¡@¡@Mr. Denny Hastert,

Consider the criticism from Los Angeles Times by Ivo H. Daaler and James M. Lindsay, then evidence that follows;

Count 1: Clinton has transformed the United States into a global social worker by promiscuously threatening and using force in Somalia, Kosovo, Haiti and other places far removed from U.S. interests.

Count 2: Clinton has forfeited U.S. global leadership by promoting free trade.

Count 3: Clinton has undermined U.S. alliances by alienating our friends.

Count 4: Clinton has appeased a rising China and indulged a corrupt Russia.

Count 5: Clinton has no vision and no priorities for a post-Cold War foreign policy.

In Taiwan, because of anti-corruption (anti-¡§black-gold¡¨) is president Chen¡¦s major policy on new government, it have rocked old official system and stricken out habits of bureaucrats shield one another.

Many bureaucrats, lawmakers and media are sharing its broadcast to convince people that the new government¡¦s ¡§inability¡¨ for Taiwan future, would cause of ¡§crisis of confidence¡¨. It must be overturned.

All factors over Taiwan crisis are provoked by way of ¡§the deal of hot China business.¡¨

On the other hand; Taiwan¡¦s democracy could be ruined in the mainstream of mainland China¡¦s business investment, and Beijing¡¦s threat by force.

It is the time for President Bill Clinton to reconsider the correct way that would let new democratic countries exist in Asia as democratic Taiwan.

Yours Sincerely,
Yang Hsu-Tung.
