Make up to the indigenous people

[ Up ]

The indigenous people on the island have a tragic past in history. We are obliged to provide them with help in every aspect possible, especially helping them to regain confidence and pride in their own ethnicity. From history, we have learned that the land we live on was once taken by force; there nothing in the world can be owned forever, everything can at best be a temporary possession only.

When Japan governed Taiwan, it had completed some wonderful constructions on the island, but racial discrimination still existed ¡V the Japanese were rated first-class citizens, whereas Taiwanese were second-class citizens. Up until now, democratic countries like the U.S. still has this hot potato in hand that, white people are first-class citizens, African-American second, and Asian and Latino people are the third-class citizens. Strikes, protests do and need to take place, in order to fight for racial equalities.
