美國對於中共的核武發展，雖然顧忌，可是害怕引起雙方大戰，故保持懷柔原則，利誘其進入國際正軌，以擔負更多國際協商責任；於布希新政府上台之後，對中共的友人北韓則比較嚴格，表明不打主人，打主人之犬可以吧！

　　全世界對擁有核武的國家，都敬重有加，如果這些國家能發展出洲際發射技術，就非〝敬重〞而已，而馬上轉為安撫與懷柔，會時時給糖吃，偶爾會罵一罵他們，以顯其威，但是私底下心虛得很，為什麼？因為這些給糖吃的國家，也是核武大國，長期以來佔有經濟、政治、武力的優勢，得到不少的“利潤”。

　　無核武國家會有一套自處之道，一方面巴結核武國家，另一方面會暗中發展核武技術，備而不用；而台灣就可憐了，受美國限制不能造核武，又受中共打壓，在國際上沒有空間，外國人很同情台灣處境，偏偏台灣人不爭氣，常自打嘴巴，以示外人。

 

U.S. imposes sanctions on N. Korea firm over missile

　　The United States has imposed economic sanctions against a North Korean firm for exporting missile technology to Iran, a South Korean state agency said Tuesday. It is the first U.S. action on a North Korean business since it eased sanctions against the Stalinist country in June last year, said the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA).

　　The announcement was made as North Korea launched its second propaganda assault in four days on the new administration of U.S. President George W. Bush, ending a cease-fire for the final months of the Clinton administration. Kim Jang Han, a KOTRA official, told AFP:“We confirmed with the U.S. State Department that its punitive action was in force from Jan. 2.”
