Dear Mrs. Madeleine Korbel Albright,

Whole world's crisis is coming.

The truth is;

New Delhi, India May 11 ---

India conducted three underground nuclear explosions, its first nuclear tests since 1974. The tests could trigger sanctions by the United States, and experts fear it could set off a regional arms race.

The development was sure to alarm Pakistan-India's rival. The two neighbors have fought three wars in the last 50 years. India, which has refused to sign international treaties banning nuclear tests, has said it needs to keep its nuclear option open because it believes neighboring mainland China and Pakistan have nuclear weapons capability.

Islamabad, May 11---

Pakistan said Monday it reserved the right to take "all appropriate" steps for its security following India's nuclear tests.

Seoul, May 11---

There will be no progress in talks to implement permanent peace on the Korean peninsula unless the United States discusses the issue of troop withdraw, the Korean Central News Agent said Monday.

Taipei, Taiwan May 10, 1998---

The Air Force successfully tested on Saturday a French-made air to air Mica missile in a live-fire drill prior to the jointed forces Hankuang No.14.

Beijing, China May 10---

Mainland China's air force has successfully tested a new type of air to air missile.

Medan, Indonesia, May 11---

First, the anger mobs outside her shophouse chanted: "Destroy the Chinese".

The smell of nuke threat coming closely and the economic crisis make hypersensitivity of those countries in Asia.

On the other hand; more and more international crime control strategy which identified the major international threats to United States. As drug trafficking, acquisition or sale of weapons of mass destruction by criminals. The transfer of sensitive U.S. technology to rogue-foreign States and trafficking in women and children.

The growing criminal political nexus is especially evident in countries such as Mexico, Colombia, Nigeria, Russia, and mainland China.

Tokyo, May 11---

Up to 2.7 million refuges could flee to Japan if there was a Korean peninsula crisis, a news report said that.

All the crisis point to United States, that Clinton's government loaded dangerous mission over whole world.

It have no time to charge any problems to President Bill Clinton and his family, the way of solve crisis is very quickly moving to any countries what's urgently need.

Sincerely Yours,
Yang Hsu-Tung.
