Dear Mr. Newt Gingrich,

Frederick Douglass (1817-1895), a person of anti-slavery said in speeches of An Ex-slave Discuss Slavery.

Your denunciation of tyrants, -brass-fronted impudence.( It means the U.S. government at that time.) Your shouts of liberty and equality,-- hollow mockery your prayers and hymns, your sermons and thanks-givings, with all your religious parade and solemnity are, to Him, mere bombast, fraud, deception, impiety, and hypocrisy--- a thin veil to cover up crimes which would disgrace a (nation) of savage.

As following the Frederick Douglass had spoken before 103 years ago.

The traditional United States is moralizing the key point of U.S.'s spirits.-To tell the truth and dare to fight hypocrisy.

There are a very good reason for United States to keep silent that's India nuke test only a copycat.

The United States is in a weak position to criticize India's nuclear tests in light of Washington's refusal to reduce its own nuclear arsenal, former President Jimmy Carter said.

"It's hard for us to tell India you cannot have a nuclear device." Carter said in a commencement speech at Trinity college. "We'll keep ours (nuclear weapons) 8000 or so. We're not ready to reduce them yet." he said.

India's five underground nuclear explosions were sharply criticized by President Bill Clinton. Carter, who has performed extensive charitable work in developing countries since leaving office in 1981, suggested that U.S. policy on nuclear weapons and land mines smacks of hypocrisy.

Many countries learn from United States. Nevertheless; Global view is lacking among Washington politicians at a time when the U.S. is the world's foremost military and economic power said a U.S. newspaper executive.

Islamabad, Pakistan May 29. A day after Pakistan matched its neighbor India with five nuclear detonations Foreign Minister Gohar Ayuh on Friday(May 29, 1998) declared his nations a nuclear weapons state and vowed to retaliate to any attack from its neighbor with a "vengeance".

"We have an active program' we have nuclear weapons, we are a nuclear power." Ayuh said in an interview with the Associated Press, "we have an advanced missiles program."

He also said that Pakistan will arm its long-range Ghauri missile, which it test fired on April 6, with nuclear warheads.

Everyone have known that the Beijing's relationship with Pakistan for a long time.

On countries relations; about U.S.-mainland China, still do not enjoy a high level of trust, either official or unofficial, the question is whether China can be trusted to honor international commitments.

One cannot have a strategic relationship when governed by secrecy rather than transparency.

However; in any way, we are understanding; we respect you and your partners; we heard the truth what you have said in public; that United States never sell "security" for "business".

Sincerely Yours,
Yang Hsu-Tung.
