Dear Mrs. Madeleine Korbel Albright,

We will entrance the bombing nuke again, because every country who own nuclear weapons need nuclear test.

This is a psychological "human defense mechanism". So that; "you fire, I fire, who care who" to display their strength.

Nuclear test is always the best way for stealing the show. Please, look out the human being who starving to death.

Nairobi, May 31

---The United Nations, the United States and other world powers must do more to help end civil war and famine threatening 700,000 people in southern Sudan, a U.S. congressman said(May 31, 1998).

"The world has forgotten about the Sudan" he added.

On the other hand; Tit-for-tat nuclear testing in south Asia has high lighted security issues in U.S. President Bill Clinton's upcoming trip to mainland China.

As we have known that the Pakistan's "nuclear test" had closely related with mainland China; otherwise; the most of India nuclear weapons come from Russia.

Meanwhile; in Washington, one of the unfolding scandals involves alleged illegal transfers of sensitive rocket technology to communist China that could help Beijing improve the accuracy of its military missiles.

The other scandal focuses on allegations that aerospace executive Liu Chaoying, a daughter of communist China's former top military commander General Liu Huanging, illegally contributed to the democrats in 1996.

We hope the United Nations has to get stronger in this situation, and the United States must strongest at this critical time.

Sincerely Yours,
Yang Hsu-Tung.
