Dear Mr. Tien, When I have trip to USA and CANADA for about 20 days ago, that is a not so good impression over Taiwan's diplomatic activities in those countries, Our diplomats are not vigorous on duty for Taiwanese people, contrary to mainland China's active work in social relationship with local parties that Taiwan's ability were short of spirit. May be our diplomats are too old to work for Taiwanese people or too naive to work for new government. Our foundation worked in grassroots' diplomacy only two years, we received hundred letters from foreigner leaders for return, in which would extend Taiwan's political situation to universe that we though the people's power were effective in some purpose. It is our pleasure to find that many people want to add the study of grassroots’ diplomacy by conducting from diplomatic service. We support you and hope you could do best for Taiwan.
